- All reservations are subject to
availability and confirmation.
**Payments**
- Payment is required at the time of booking.
- We accept major credit cards and other

**Cancellation Policy**
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible
for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation
fee.

**Conduct**
- Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner.
- Any
damage caused to our vehicles by the client will be the responsibility of the client.
**Timeliness**
- Clients should be ready at the designated pick-up time and location.
- Additional
charges may apply for excessive wait times.
