These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Luxe Elite Transportation’s website and services. By requesting a quote, making a reservation, submitting payment, or using our transportation services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting pricing, making a reservation, or using any service provided by Luxe Elite Transportation Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Luxe Elite Transportation provides pre-arranged luxury ground transportation services. Service availability may vary based on vehicle availability, schedule capacity, service area, operating conditions, and final booking confirmation.
3. Reservations & Booking Accuracy
Clients are responsible for ensuring all reservation details are accurate and complete at the time of booking.
- Pickup date and time must be correct
- Pickup and drop-off addresses must be accurate
- Flight details must be submitted correctly for airport service
- Passenger count, luggage count, and vehicle selection must be appropriate for the trip
- Special requests should be disclosed before service is confirmed
We are not responsible for service issues, delays, or extra charges caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or late-submitted booking information.
4. Pricing, Gratuity & Additional Charges
Pricing is based on the vehicle category selected, trip details, service type, mileage, timing, and any applicable add-ons.
Standard Pricing
- Quoted prices apply only to the service details provided at the time of booking
- Changes to itinerary, extra stops, waiting time, route changes, or upgraded vehicles may result in additional charges
- Tolls, parking, airport fees, and similar operational costs may be billed where applicable
Gratuity
Unless specifically stated otherwise in writing, gratuity may or may not be included depending on the reservation type, pricing structure, or partner arrangement. Clients should review the final confirmation carefully.
Meet & Greet
Meet-and-greet service is not included by default and is offered only as a paid add-on when available.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment in full, or an approved deposit, may be required to confirm a reservation
- Valid payment information must be provided before service begins
- Charges may be applied for approved extras, extended wait time, cleaning, damage, or service modifications
- Chargebacks filed without valid basis after service has been reserved or completed may be disputed using booking records, communications, and service logs
6. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows
Cancellation policies may vary based on the vehicle type, service class, date of service, trip timing, and whether the booking involves special logistics.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the applicable cancellation deadline
- Late cancellations may result in partial or full charges
- No-shows may be charged in full
- Refunds, when approved, are generally returned to the original payment method
A passenger may be considered a no-show if they are unreachable, do not appear within the allowed wait period, or fail to follow pickup instructions provided by dispatch or chauffeur.
7. Wait Time, Flight Delays & Airport Pickups
Airport and non-airport reservations may include limited wait time depending on service type. Additional waiting beyond the included period may be billed.
- Flight tracking may be used for airport arrivals when flight information is provided correctly
- Clients remain responsible for communicating major itinerary changes when possible
- For airport pickups, clients must follow the pickup instructions sent by dispatch or chauffeur
- Extended delays caused by baggage issues, customs, missed communications, or extended airport hold times may result in added wait time fees
8. Meet & Greet
Meet-and-greet service is available only when specifically requested, approved, and added to the reservation. It is billed separately unless clearly included in the written confirmation.
9. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care
We expect all passengers to behave respectfully and safely while using our services.
- No smoking, illegal drug use, or unlawful conduct is permitted in or around the vehicle
- Passengers may not interfere with safe vehicle operation
- Abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund
- Any damage, excessive mess, stains, spills, or required cleaning may result in additional charges
10. Luggage & Vehicle Capacity
Clients are responsible for selecting a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and amount of luggage.
- Vehicle capacity limits must be followed for safety and legal compliance
- Excess luggage or oversized items may require a larger vehicle or separate arrangement
- We are not responsible if service is delayed or cannot proceed because the reserved vehicle is not appropriate for the passenger or luggage load presented at pickup
11. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including branding, text, images, layout, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Luxe Elite Transportation unless otherwise stated.
- You may use this website only for lawful, personal, or legitimate business inquiry purposes
- You may not copy, republish, scrape, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit website content without written permission
- We may suspend or restrict website access in cases of abuse, misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity
12. Communications Consent
By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive booking-related communications from us, including calls, emails, and SMS messages related to quotes, confirmations, service updates, and chauffeur coordination.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Elite Transportation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed flights, missed appointments, or other losses arising from delays, rescheduling, traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, airport conditions, law enforcement activity, third-party failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In any event, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to a reservation or service shall not exceed the amount actually paid for that specific service.
14. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, airport disruptions, traffic incidents, public emergencies, labor interruptions, governmental actions, power or network outages, vehicle accidents, or other force majeure events.
15. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed or had the opportunity to review that policy.
16. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or our services shall be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
